There may be times when you wonder if you should be dating other people or having a relationship with a soulmate. After all, your own twin may be dating someone or may be in a serious relationship themselves. They could have asked for no contact and not show any interest in having a relationship with you. So why should you wait for them, right? You think you could be enjoying love and happiness with a soulmate instead.
Well, worrying about this issue is totally unfounded. Because this is not the way the Universe works.
This is because you don’t have to anxiously look for a relationship. All significant relationships we have on Earth with our soulmates are agreed upon before incarnating. We agreed with these soulmates what lessons we wanted to learn with them once we were here. So if you are meant to learn a certain lesson, you will get into that relationship, fairly effortlessly, regardless of your having met your twin already.
This is also the reason why your twin is in a relationship with a soulmate, who is many times a karmic one. They are in that relationship to learn their lessons with them. And thus grow, which is beneficial to you (since you are both the same energy).
If you aren’t meant to enter a relationship because you don’t have lessons to be learnt that way, you simply won’t. If you insist on going out on dates, for example, you will find obstacles that won’t allow for a relationship to thrive, or it won’t happen at all, despite your best efforts.
However, a lot of twins who are the leader or more awakened one of the pair, report that after being with their twin, they are not interested anymore in any other relationship. And it’s understandable. If you feel this way, very likely you won’t enter any relationship.
The leader twin is called on this TF Journey to focus first and foremost on their own selves, not on other people (romantic relationship) or external things. So for the twins that don’t have major lessons to learn through a relationship, it won’t happen so as not to take away that focus. They need their effort, time and energy for their inner work, to be healing and improving themselves. This is their main task at this phase of their Journey.
But something very important is that if you are craving or longing for a relationship with anyone, twin or not, you should examine the reasons why you feel this way. Is it because you think you lack love and need it? Do you feel empty inside? Or do you need the validation? Or maybe you haven’t gotten rid of the false programing that love can only be found outside of ourselves, that we have to obtain it from others.
Whatever the reason is, this is an excellent lesson for you to start working on. It’s mostly a lesson in self-love and self-appreciation. This post can help you with this.
But the important thing in all of this is that you don’t have to sit around and wait for your twin or a soulmate. If you need a relationship it will happen, and if you don’t, it won’t. But you definitely need to be devoting your energy to work on yourself as dutifully as you can. And at the same time, surrender, let things flow the way they should in your life (including the romantic aspect) instead of worrying about them.
